In the morning, tour of Fano, a town dating back to Roman times located on the Marche coastline. Afterwards, transfer to the Montegiove monastery where those who wish to can participate in the spiritual life of the monks, in observance with their prayer schedule. Lunch: free time. In the afternoon, departure for Fonte Avellana. Tour
of the monastery and, depending on the weather, walk surrounded by nature. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.Day 2
In the morning, tour of the retreat of Santa Maria di Valdisasso in Valleremita, where, according to tradition, Saint Francis once lived. The retreat was later inhabited by Benedictine communities. These buildings date back to the Lombard period. Lunch: free time. In the afternoon, tour of the abbey in Chiaravalle di Fiastra, which was founded in 1142 by Cistercian monks from the Milanese abbey of the same name. Today it is part of a natural reserve. If the weather is good, we can also enjoy
the surrounding nature with some pleasant walks. It is also possible to participate in the community prayers, according to their schedule. Departure for starting points.
